Stephan Riebel - appointed as new Board member of Eyes & Ears of Europe

Stephan Riebel is Head of Program Promotion and Broadcast Management at Deutsche Welle. He has been involved in the promotion of DW's multilingual, transnational program for 25 years. Before that, he worked as a freelance TV writer and director. "I am very much looking forward to working on the board of Eyes & Ears. The variety of platforms that media companies use today opens up a world of creative possibilities. We can tell and present stories in ever new ways. Eyes & Ears is the institution that supports and inspires creatives in this. Helping here is a wonderful task." Stephan Riebel has been provisionally appointed as the new member of the Eyes & Ears of Europe Board for the public broadcasters group.

TOGGO Touchdown: A design package for the new generation of football fans

"TOGGO Touchdown" is Toggo's new football magazine for children and young people. The package was developed by the Cologne agency FEEDMEE Design and includes the opener, all show graphics, TV studio visuals, print ads and merchandise.

RTL Germany launches biggest campaign of the year for the RTL+ All Inclusive Entertainment App

Series, reality shows, live sport, films, music, audio books, podcasts and magazines - RTL+ has it all in its all-inclusive entertainment app! The multimedia offering is now being promoted with the most extensive marketing campaign of the year. A high double-digit million gross volume will be spent on this. The aim is to reach a broad entertainment target group via TV, radio, (digital) out-of-home, online, print and a major social media campaign by the end of 2023.

CapeRock: Planet A

CapeRock's recent revamp of the popular YouTube channel "Planet A" has had an impact. "Planet A" is broadcast by Deutsche Welle on YouTube and TikTok and focuses on reports on global economic, environmental and climate issues.

FH St. Pölten: Alumni with media textbook and film premiere in Vienna

The St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences is delighted that both students and alumni are creating enthusiasm with their projects. While alumnus Johannes Schmidt is publishing a new edition of the book "Digitale Film- und Videotechnik" (Digital Film and Video Technology), a comprehensive and up-to-date reference work, students from the Film & TV master class in Vienna are showing the film "a few hundred million", which was produced as part of the film scholarship "Schweres Asthma" - there's a lot going on at the university!

Hochschule RheinMain: 10 Years Bachelor Media: Conception & Production

On October 28, Rheimmain University of Applied Sciences hosted a "Best of Cinema Evening". The occasion was the 10th anniversary of the Bachelor Media: Conception & Production. In addition to the premiere of the alumni film, in which students report on their professional careers after graduating from the university, countless productions ranging from web series to feature films were shown. The results of the "Traveling Classrooms" initiative were also presented. Here, Volda University College presented itself as this year's partner university with films that were created as part of the exchange project.
