Looking Back Eyes & Ears Awards 2021: Schweigen macht schutzlos

To heighten the anticipation for the 26th International EYES & EARS Awards 2024, we are presenting the winning campaigns in the "Best cases in a worst case crisis" category from 2021 to 2023. Not only do these entries still seem relevant to us in terms of content, they also show how creativity and resilience become important resources in times of recurring crises.

We start with the 2021 award-winning campaign "Schweigen macht schutzlos" (Silence makes you defenceless) by Seven.One AdFactory in collaboration with Weisser Ring e.V.. The campaign impressively highlighted domestic violence during the pandemic and raised awareness of victim support. With prominent support and cross-media campaigns, those affected were encouraged to seek help. A real wake-up call, as the jury emphasized.
