c-tv Conference 2025 – June 5, 2025: Global Players with an AT Connection

The c-tv conference has been providing a platform for discourse on current developments in theory and practice within the broadcast and media industries since 2009. As a specialized conference, it promotes knowledge exchange between industry, academia, and students, aiming to explore and discuss current trends, research findings, best practices, and innovations in the fields of A/V, film and music industries, as well as technology. Additionally, it creates a network for close collaboration and partnerships between universities, companies, and organizations, fostering media literacy and critical thinking through open dialogue and reflection. The theme of this year’s conference is: Global Players with an AT Connection – Innovations and Trends in TV Production. The annual theme is selected by an advisory board consisting of representatives from academia, industry, and other relevant stakeholders. Participation is open to all interested parties, and the event will be broadcast live on c-tv, DerStandard/Etat, with a summary on ORF III.
