After 2 years of the e-Edition, the annual association highlight, the EYES & EARS 2022, will again take place as an in-person event in Munich:

For more than 20 years, Eyes & Ears of Europe has been offering a day full of networking, know-how and concentrated inspiration with the EYES & EARS. Not only media professionals but also the next generation meet here to find out about the latest trends, innovations and new perspectives in the fields of design, promotion & marketing for media and entertainment brands from all over Europe.
EYES & EARS Conference
During the day, the event offers inspiring keynotes, case studies on current challenges from the association members' own ranks and the New Talents projects. Broadcasters and agencies will give exciting insights into their work and current developments and trends in the media.
One-hour master classes are held in parallel, where new input and inspiration from related fields can be experienced with the help of a distinct hands-on mentality.
During the breaks, there is also enough time to make important contacts and decide on future collaborations
EYES & EARS New Talents
The Eyes & Ears New Talents event gives young talents a platform to present their innovative work. At the conference, they present their projects to an audience of experts. The industry get-together offers them the opportunity for direct contact with those who are always on the lookout for young creative talent. At the same time, the newcomers provide creative impulses to seasoned media professionals for their own work.
EYES & EARS Awards
The 24th International Eyes & Ears Awards will take place in the evening. Since 1998, particularly creative, innovative and effective design, promotion and brand communication measures for audiovisual media have been honoured here. The trophies will be awarded by presenter Wolfram Kons and Eyes & Ears CEO Corinna Kamphausen in various categories in the fields of Design, Audio, Digital, Craft, Promotion & Cross-Media.
The highlight of the event each year is the presentation of the Inspiration Award. This award goes to outstanding individuals who have inspired the creative industry in the field of audiovisual media and have shaped the industry in a special way through their work. The award winners for 2020 and 2021 are Es Devlin and UIi Hanisch.
The international industry event connects private broadcasters with public broadcasters, networks with agencies, pay-TV and on-demand platforms with linear TV, as well as the next generation in design, promotion and marketing with industry professionals. The EYES & EARS act as a valuable trend barometer and also offer a premium communication platform for the people behind the scenes. Everyone involved in the creation and strategic organisation of campaigns in TV, film, radio, internet, games and events will find their place, inspiration and like-minded people here.
