Book Tip: ZDF TV + Design by Jens Müller

by Eyes & Ears of Europe

The Second German Television looks back on almost half a century of broadcasting history. News, sport, culture and entertainment have shaped the focus of the public television station. Over the decades, the channel's corporate identity also changed. After the first logo was developed in 1973, various agencies and designers helped shape the channel's appearance.

The book ZDF TV + Design is dedicated to this extensive history and depicts the history of the CI in all its facets. The history of the channel's design is rounded off with interviews with the designers involved and exclusive illustrations. Anyone who would like to learn more about the history of the orange letters of ZDF is welcome to go on a search for clues with this book.
