Start early - and in the media industry this includes not only the development of an idea, but also its implementation, presentation and finally the contact to those who are always looking for young creative talents.

Therefore you - graduates, students and trainees in the field of audiovisual media - are invited to submit your projects by 2 August 2021 at the latest.

3 winning teams will then be able to present their project during the EYES & EARS 2021 to a distinguished professional audience.

What can be submitted? Semester theses, dissertations and practical work published or developed between July 1, 2020 and June 30, 2021.

• Description of the project (PDF)
• audiovisual illustrative material (Casefilm)
• required presentation equipment (in case of an award)

How much does a submission cost? Submissions for Eyes & Ears New Talents are free of charge.

Jury of the Eyes & Ears New Talents In September 2021 the New Talents jury – consisting of experienced Eyes & Ears members – will evaluate all submissions and select the best three projects for presentation at the EYES & EARS 2021. We will then inform you whether your project has been selected.

EYES & EARS 2021 from 23-25 November The Eyes & Ears New Talents will be awarded during the EYES & EARS 2021.

The EYES & EARS 2020 took place as a digital event. Inspiring keynotes, new talent projects and current case studies from TV, film, internet, mobile, games, events, art and culture were presented on 3 consecutive days. Broadcasters and agencies gave insights into their projects as well as current media developments, trends and challenges. On the fourth day, the International Eyes & Ears Awards took place. For the 22nd time, we honoured particularly creative, innovative and effective brand communication measures with the Eyes & Ears Awards. The exact course of the EYES & EARS 2021 - whether the event will be held digitally or in person - will be announced in August.

The EYES & EARS stand for inspiration, know-how and networking. The event is a unique opportunity for both media professionals and young professionals to learn about trends, innovation and new perspectives in the fields of design, promotion and marketing for media and entertainment brands.
