Embracing the Digital Era: CapeRock's Revamp of the Dutch Youth Channel ZAPP
Exciting news from CapeRock, the Amsterdam-based Motion Branding Agency! We're thrilled to announce the successful launch of NPO Zapp's fresh new brand identity, commissioned by Dutch Public Broadcaster NPO. Zapp, the leading go-to TV channel for Dutch kids and tweens, partnered with us to rejuvenate their look, and we've taken it to the next level. NPO Zapp is all about staying ahead in the ever-evolving world of media. They realised that their audience, those awesome 6 to 12-year-olds, are all about watching content in apps over old-school TV. With giants like YouTube and TikTok in the mix, NPO Zapp aimed to be a dynamic digital content brand with more than just a clear story and strong values. Being entrusted with creating a new brand identity for Zapp, aligning it with its new strategic positioning, we confidently embraced the challenge: translating the programme's lively, resilient, and approachable personality into an identity that's visually appealing and offers tweens an engaging world of exploration, interaction, and endless possibilities. We take pride in being a part of this transformation journey alongside NPO Zapp, contributing to its significant stride in redefining its role in the digital age. The new brand identity exemplifies NPO Zapp's unwavering commitment to delivering quality content that deeply connects with young viewers.
