Jürgen Irlbacher (45) has been Creative Director Content at Pilot Hamburg since 1.12.2014, where he is responsible for the 6-person creative consultancy.

Irlbacher was previously Head of Development and co-founder of the television production company First Entertainment (now Bavaria Entertainment). He has produced large primetime shows for all station groups and worked together with renowned presenters. Before that Irlbacher was editor of the ZDF Show for 7 years and did the classic editorial traineeship there.

At the beginning of his media career he was a radio presenter and comedy author for many years (e.g. Antenne Bayern, Radio Gong and RTL Samstagnacht). Irlbacher knows both sides of the moving image business, he was with the station and worked as a producer. He worked in front of and behind the camera and the microphone.
