Cologne, 20.10.10 – Last Thursday, on 14 October 2010, Eyes & Ears of Europe celebrated the 33 prize winners of the International Eyes & Ears Awards. For the 12th time, Eyes & Ears of Europe, the European Branch Association for the Design, Promotion and Marketing of Audiovisual Media, awarded the distinction in the context of MEDIENTAGE MÜNCHEN. This year, the International Eyes & Ears Awards Show was restructured in order to allow for a more compact programme. In addition, the 12th International Eyes & Ears Awards were accompanied musically by the German pop band Samuel Harfst. more

Cologne, 11 August 2010 – With a total of 597 entries to the International Eyes & Ears Awards 2010, the branch association Eyes & Ears of Europe has achieved a submission record. The figure represents a 31.8 % increase in submissions compared to last year. 293 firms from 24 companies were involved in the works submitted: Great Britain, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Slovenia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Poland, Greece, Russia, the USA, Canada, South Africa, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates and Germany. This way, the list of participants and countries of the 12th Eyes & Ears Awards is longer than ever before. more
