Elena Frova, creative director, promotion producer, journalist, lecturer - simply a creative through and through - will launch the first International Eyes & Ears Academy together with us!
From 12 March to 19 June, we will be offering a weekly creative input. The sessions will last between one and three hours and will take place digitally via Zoom and in English.
Elena's repertoire includes brand communication and design, promotion and creative thinking. You can learn how to train your brain for creative thinking processes, get inspiring application examples from the brand and media world and actively try things out yourself. What needs to be in a perfect briefing and how do I make sure my captions are on point? These are all things that you can take away from our short learning units.
What's special about the Academy? Here you have the choice. Are you interested in all the sessions? Great! Book the whole course. Are you particularly interested in one topic? No problem! Book just one session. Would you like to put together your own programme from several sessions? Also possible!
And what's more: as soon as you are employed by one of our members, you pay the reduced price for this Academy, regardless of whether you are listed as a member or not.

The various sessions appeal to a diverse audience. Sometimes previous experience is useful, sometimes you can take away a lot of basic information as a newcomer or interested person. The course overview should make it easy for you to find out whether the respective session is suitable for you. You can also find videos by Elena on our social media channels in which she briefly introduces the individual sessions.
In general, the sessions are aimed at people who work in the creative sector.
No dates, no referring points, otherwise one can find out I belong to the Jurassic Era. It doesn’t count your biological age, but your will to create and communicate. And I have been doing communication since I started to work: first in national RADIO RAI, then for the first fully digital tv platform Orbit Communications Company, then Universal Studios Networks as Creative Manager and then Creative Director for Fox Networks Group, National Geographic channels and The Walt Disney Company.The older you get the more you want to do what you like, and now I’m teaching and forming creatives at IED (European Institute of Design), at Rome’s Film Academy and University La Cattolica of Milan.

However, there is also the option of booking several sessions at once, in which case you select the "various sessions" form, tick the sessions you would like to attend and we will calculate the participation fee for you and issue a corresponding invoice. Or you can book the entire course (complete course form) at a discounted price.

The number of participants is limited in some sessions. In general, a minimum number of 3 participants is required. If the minimum number of participants is not reached on Monday of the event week, we reserve the right to cancel the Academy.
