Successful management in companies starts with the right self management, because leadership only functions from the inside out. An important and often overlooked task is to lead oneself. A good executive is somebody who awakens people's enthusiasm for common aims, their development and the system. This requires more than just knowledge about leadership techniques. It also takes maturity and inner strength. Therefore, Day One of the workshop focuses on developing and stabilising the participants' own leadership qualities.

The event also provides an overview of current management systems with an integrated approach. Like a human organism, the company has to be understood as an integrated and natural system. Successful companies that embody a new style of business leadership style serves as examples.

Participants contribute actively through checklists and question lists. Introductory notes with practical examples, individual and group exercises provide a good mixture of theory and practice.
