Conditions of participation

If you cancel your participation in the event after your registration, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. If you cancel within the last 8 days before the event, we have to retain or claim the entire participation fee. In any case you can nominate a substitute participant. Reduced fees can only be claimed by substitute participants if they have their own membership.

By participating in the event, Eyes & Ears of Europe receives from the participant without special remuneration the right to take photographs of the participant and to use them without any restrictions in terms of time, space and media for Eyes & Ears of Europe's press and public relations work.
