VOX makes 'Höhle der Löwen' even more memorable
From 5 September 2017, VOX will be showing the fourthseason of the hit show 'Die Höhle der Löwen'. In twelve episodes, specialbusiness ideas are presented to the sceptical "lions" every Tuesday.The "lions" are the investors Judith Williams, Carsten Maschmeyer,Frank Thelen, Ralf Dümmel and Dagmar Wöhrl. They fight for the founders withthe best business ideas.
This year, VOX has come up with something very specialto make the 'Höhle der Löwen' brand even more memorable and tangible: a pop-upstore in Cologne with 30 of the most popular products that have won an investorin past seasons. Current products from the new season are then added during theshow – even on the morning after the "deal" in the TV broadcast. Thepop-up store will be open throughout the fourth season and will welcomecustomers in a typical "Lion" atmosphere.

WATCHBOX replaces Clipfish
After Mediengruppe RTL has discontinued the videoplatform Clipfish, the station now starts with a new video site - WATCHBOX. Inthe center of the free and advertising-financed streaming site are films andseries from the genres Independent, British, horror, comedy, science fiction,thriller and anime.
As a sequel to and further development of Clipfish,WATCHBOX aims to reach those who are looking for special content apart from themainstream. The site is produced by RTL interactive and has more than 1,000films and 3,000 series episodes. In addition, there are editorial categories inwhich films are assigned to specific themes, such as 'Hollywood stars in theirfirst roles', 'Not from this world: alien series' and 'Nordic Noir:Scandinavian thrillers'.

Exhibition tip: 'ROCK.FUNK.POP.'
The exhibitionROCK.FUNK.PUNK. presents unique photographs of legendary musicians and concertsfrom the late 1960s till today. In the spotlight are photographs of Rock, Funkand Punk and the legacy of these genres in the current music scene. Over 150images of Michael L. Abramson, Susan Barnett, Pep Bonet, Anton Corbijn, StanleyGreene, Bob Gruen, Gijsbert Hanekroot, Barbara Klemm, Günter & FelixPfannmüller as well as Derek Ridgers show the internationally famous clubs andstages – from the alternative Punk Club Scene in San Francisco in the 1970s tothe annual ‘Rock am Ring’ festival at the Nürburgring, that is one of thelargest music events worldwide.
At the FotografieForum Frankfurt icons of recent musical history such as Iggy Pop, Janis Joplin,Udo Lindenberg, Frank Zappa, Dead Kennedys, The Rolling Stones, Motörhead,Coldplay, Beth Ditto, Jay Z, Metallica and Die Toten Hosen can be seen. Bandsand musicians are photographed on stage and backstage – intimate and proximate.In addition, the show offers a selection of album covers from privatecollections and photographs of extravagant fashion-statements from the musicscene.
There will be anexhibition guide including texts concerning the exhibition, the photographersand the musicians as well as pictures of the exhibition.
